The mission of the  Observatorio Cuidadano de los Sanmiguelenses A.C. (OCSMA) is to achieve just and ethical agreement between municipal decisions and the challenges presented by today’s ecological, social, cultural and material environment. To do so we engage in ongoing monitoring, analysis, discussion, and evaluation of local government’s policies and practices. Our actions are informed by ethical, legal, technical, and scientific principles.
